1. How long is the rental period of the furniture?
You can choose the rental period individually.
2. Can I cancel or extend the rental period early?
The rental period cannot be terminated before the end of the contract. However, upon request, the furniture can be picked up before the contractually agreed upon pick up date. Please contact us by phone or e-mail. It is generally possible to extend the rental period, but this must be requested well in advance.
3. When and how will delivery and assembly take place?
Delivery includes assembly of the furniture on site. The delivery date will be agreed with you in advance.
4. In which countries does Furniture Rental by Besser UG deliver?
We deliver to the following countries Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Switzerland.

5. How can I pay?
The first monthly installment is paid in advance, there are various payment methods online or on request on account.
6. what happens if the furniture is damaged during the rental period?
Minor wear and tear on furniture is normal, this is the natural course of things. Furniture from Furniture Rental by Besser UG is cleaned and repaired after each rental. Wear and defects will be repaired.
If the furniture is vandalized, you will be charged for it.

7. I would like to rent furniture that is not offered on the website.
If the furniture is not offered on the website, you are welcome to contact us by phone or e-mail.

8. Can I buy the furniture at the end of the rental period?
Yes, please send us a short inquiry and we will make you an individual offer.
